OpticGard Scope Cover for Holosun® 507C-X2/407C-X2

Cover works great. Fits good has not fallen off after hundreds of rounds. Keeps my optic from getting dinged! Highly recommend.

I recently dropped my EDC and even though the frame of the RDS (Holosun 507c X2) was not damaged, I considered a way to protecting it. Came across this website and gave it a try. Worth every penny. The guard stayed secured after shooting 500-600 rds. Got 2 on the initial purchase ( one for my EDC & one for another RDS on my PSA Dagger).

If you treat your EDC gear like a rental car, or if you just have a terminal case of "butterfingers," the OpticGard is your new best friend. It snaps onto the 507C tighter than skinny jeans on a hipster and eats concrete so your precious glass doesn't have to.

The Pros:
• Gravity Proof: It takes the hit when you inevitably drop your rig on the bathroom tile.
• The "Training" Feature: The lens covers allow you to use the dot even while the cover is on (great for occlusion training or just keeping belly button lint off the emitter).
• Price: Significantly cheaper than explaining to your spouse why you need another $300 red dot.

The Cons:
• It adds a little chunk to the profile—think "dad bod" rather than "bodybuilder"—but it’s a fair trade for the armor.
Verdict: It’s an OtterBox for your optic. Buy it before gravity reminds you that it remains undefeated.
