Extended Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARANTY FOR REGISTERED OPTICGARD PRODUCTS
This warranty applies to goods bought from OpticGard or any other verified seller. This one year long warranty only applies if you register with the form below.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period OpticGard will repair or replace, at no change, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Please keep all boxes, warranty information and owner's manuals when you receive the product(s). They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned.
- OpticGard products have a limited 1-year warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
- Any item that is returned as defective, and found to be non-defective will have no credit issued and part will be returned at sender's expense.
- The buyer must pay for the return shipping and include the RMA number provided. The RMA number must be provided on the return label/or the box. Items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
HOW LONG DOES THIS COVERAGE LAST
The warranty period for goods purchased from OpticGard is 365 days from the date of purchase.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER
OpticGard warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, modification, or improper installation. In no event shall OpticGard be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use or misuse of an OpticGard product. OpticGard reserves the right to change the design of its product without any obligation to modify any previous product.
