The OpticGard Scope cover for the Eotech® EFLX offers protection against stray bullet casings and scratches. The intelligent cut allows the cover to fit most rear and suppressor sights. It also includes a detachable training lens which will allow you to use the red dot even in the sun or bright areas. Our scope covers are made from a material made from TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) offering protection from abrasion. In addition, the fast and simple installation allows easy access to the buttons without removing the cover. Finally, the interlocking pins secures the cover so it won't fall off even with heavy recoil from handgun slides.

Note: Important Information

  • OpticGard Covers may not be compatible with backup sights that are mounted in front of the optic. Sufficient space is needed for the cover to latch onto the front of the optic housing.
  • OpticGard will add approximately 0.08 inches (2mm) to the sides of the optic. If using in conjunction with a holster, please make sure there is sufficient spacing between the holster with the cover on.

Good add on

I really like my optic guard. One of the issues I have with my particular optic is when I’m teaching, and I set my pistol down, the off buttons are inadvertently pressed and when I hand my pistol to a student, and I ask them if they see the red dot, and they can’t, it detracts from the lesson. Now with the guard, it prevents that. Also, I’m pretty rough on my equipment and I have knicks and dings. The guard really helps the optic keep its integrity.

Scope Cover- Eotech EFLX

I use this Optic Guard Scope Cover on my EFLX red dot mounted to a shotgun for turkey hunting—not a sidearm. The original cover kept falling off in the woods, but this one fits snugly and stays put, even through dry or wet conditions. It protects the optic well from dust, moisture, and general wear while trekking. Easy to remove when needed, and the anti-reflective cover is a great bonus.

Optics hard for eotech

It is a solid unit stays on through slide function and provides protection from damage. Only issue I had was the guard on the back was too high and obscured the iron sights. I like to have co-witness. I fixed the issue with a file.
