Returns

OpticGard allows returns within a period of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, and only from the original purchaser. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. Prior to shipping, the original purchaser must contact sales@opticgard.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns and warranty claims must include a valid RA# printed on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the original credit card used for the purchase, and shipping charges will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is returned prepaid and that it is not damaged or lost during transit.
