OpticGard allows returns within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery direct from OpticGard and only from the original purchaser. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. Prior to shipping, the original purchaser must contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RMA number is active for 10 business days. All returns and warranty claims must include a valid RA# printed on the outside of the package, as well as a copy of the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method for the purchase, and shipping charges will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is returned prepaid and that it is not damaged or lost during transit.
