Buy With Confidence, 30 Days Hassle Free
OpticGard® allows returns within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery direct from OpticGard® and only from the original purchaser. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method for the purchase, and shipping charges will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is not damaged or lost during transit. Please click the link below to initiate the return process.
Promotional Items
Orders may include promotional items, complimentary items, discounted add-ons, bundles, or other order incentives based on qualifying purchase thresholds. To receive a full refund for a qualifying order, all promotional items received with that order must also be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
If a promotional item is not returned, is returned used or damaged, or if a partial return causes the order to no longer meet the applicable promotional threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the advertised value, retail value, or reasonable replacement value of the promotional item from the refund amount, unless otherwise required by law.
Please note: Return shipping is not included, and any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
